During a first non-binding meeting, we establish together a first approach to what you want. We present the wedding project to you with the service providers that we have selected according to your wishes: reception location , catering, decoration, DJ, lighting/sound, floral decoration... according to a respected wedding budget.

Hiring a Wedding Planner for your wedding means taking advantage of both the preparations, while letting us take care of its organization and the budget. We will be present on the day of your event to check that it goes smoothly. this and to coordinate each service provider.

Discovery meeting and presentation of the wedding project
After an initial telephone contact, we hold a meeting (without obligation) with the aim of defining together your needs and expectations of the wedding at your convenience at home or in a place that is particularly important to you (possibility of carrying it out via Skype). During this moment, we will discuss all your desires, each person's vision of the wedding, tastes, ideas, number of guests, budget, etc.an effective wedding project in your image, incorporating all the service providers who perfectly match your expectations. This project is a detailed book that I will then present to you during the second meeting.

Technical meeting
The second meeting, already more conclusive, allows us to discuss the services that I have selected for you. Inside the booklet, Mademoiselle Events will present to you the best service providers targeted in relation to your request, the agency will support you to help you meet these service providers (caterers, photographers, dress boutiques, venues receptions, florists, etc.).
The agency advises the couple on the various points advantageous for the couple, but in no case does the agency negotiate all prices with its service providers but asks for a quality service commensurate with its price. The couple has the details of each quote and in complete transparency, the agency takes no commission.
